Enrolment

To enrol your child/ren at Beechworth Community Child Care Centre follow the steps below. You must fill in the 'Request for Care' section before you complete this step.

Before starting, contact the centre and discuss an orientation/transition timetable for your child/ren. It is important to talk to the staff if you have information to share on allergies, dietary issues or any special needs your child may have.
Fill in and sign the printable enrolment form and asthma action plan. Immunisation information can be photocopied and attached to the enrolment form.
If you have a child under 2 years of age please read the Nursery Booklet and fill in the Information on Routines and Care Needs for babies form.
